On 22 October, the Belgian Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine celebrated its 20th anniversary with a day of inspiring workshops and presentations by international speakers.

Our initiator, the Centre for Evidence-Based Practice of Belgian Red Cross, joined in the celebration by hosting a workshop on how to put the evidence ecosystem into practice.
In the first part of the workshop, the different steps of this cycle were explained using a specific project of Belgian Red Cross.
The second part of the workshop consisted of small-group discussions on barriers and facilitators for the different steps within an evidence ecosystem. During this discussion, Cochrane First Aid was given the opportunity to talk about the importance of dissemination products and channels that are tailored to specific target audiences.
